Corporate Innovational Strategic Response under Dynamic Institutional Environment

提出动态制度环境概念并从规制制度、规范制度与认知制度探讨其构成维度:不确定性与复杂性。在此基础上,分析了动态制度环境的不确定性与复杂性下企业创新的战略反应:寻求政治关联与提升创新能力,并建构了动态制度环境、战略反应与创新绩效关系的理论框架。推论动态制度环境不同情况以及不同演化过程下,选择不同的战略反应,会产生不同的战略效果,同时对创新绩效的正向影响效果也不同。

This paper puts forward the concept of dynamic institution environment and discusses the dimensions of uncertainty and complexity of dynamic institution environment from regulative institution,normative institution and cognitive institution.Based on the theoretical analysis of seeking political connection and promoting innovation capability of corporate innovational strategic response under the complexity and uncertainty of dynamic institutional environment,this paper constructs the theoretical framework of the relationship between dynamic institutional environment,strategic reaction and innovation performance.Under the different conditions and different evolution of dynamic institutional environment,it reasoned that choosing different strategic response,will have different strategic results,furthermore the positive impact on the performance of innovation is also different.
