摘要
以资源基础观为视角,基于组织学习和关系理论,探讨联盟组合管理能力与焦点企业合作创新绩效的关系与影响机制。研究表明,联盟组合管理能力不仅对焦点企业合作创新绩效存在显著的正向影响,还会通过知识权力和关系学习两个中介变量对合作创新绩效产生间接正向影响,而且相对于知识权力,关系学习对合作创新绩效的影响更大。
From the perspective of resource-based view,and based on the theory of organizational learning and relational theory,this study explores the relationship between the alliance portfolio management capability and focal firm's cooperative innovation performance.The results show that alliance portfolio management capability not only has a positive impact on the focal firm's cooperative innovation performance,but also indirectly influences it through knowledge power and relational learning.What is more,compared with knowledge power,relational learning has a greater impact on cooperative innovation performance.
