26批不同来源枳壳中成分柚皮苷与橙皮苷及新橙皮苷含量分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的:建立简便的HPLC色谱法,同时检测不同产地枳壳的特征成分柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷含量,分析特征成分的含量比在质量评价中的应用。方法:色谱柱为WonSil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-含0.1%磷酸的10%乙腈水溶液(12∶88),检测波长为283nm。采用SPSS软件对26批不同产地的三种成分含量比进行聚类分析。结果:26批不同产地枳壳中药材的柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量比存在差异,不同产地的特征成分含量比存在明显差异。结论:所建立的高效液相色谱法可同时测定枳壳中柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量,结合三种特征成分的含量比更适合于枳壳质量评价。 Objective:To determine the content of naringin,hesperidin and new hesperidin in Fructus Aurantii between different producing areas,and to investigate the significance of relative content ratio of flavonoids from Fructus Aurantii in quantitative analysis.Methods:The samples were separated on WonSil C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5μm)column by eluting with the solvent of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid in 10%acetonitrile solvent(12∶88)and detected at 283 nm.Then,we make lustering analysis for 26 batches by using SPSS analysis.Results:The contents of three flavonoid glycosides were different in 26 batches of Fructus Aurantii,and relative ratio of their quantitative analysis was more comprehensive in reflecting the intrinsic quality of Fructus Aurantii.Conclusion:The method of simultaneous determination of naringin,hesperidin and new hesperidin in Aurantii Fructus by HPLC-UV analysis was established.Combination with relative ratio of three characteristic components was better suited to evaluate its quality.
