Analysis of the Classification of Nutritional Therapy Prescription in Filial Care for the Elderly Based on Nine TCM Constitution

依据九种体质各自的定义、基本特征表现及发病倾向的不同,对《养老奉亲书》中食疗方进行分类,并对每种体质食疗方的食物种类、药食两用种类和药物种类进行频次分析,以期能有效指导不同体质类型的老人准确选用食疗方,达到调整身体各方面的生理功能,促进健康和防治疾病的目的。

To make a classification of the nutritional therapy prescription in Filial Care for the Elderly on the basis of the differences in the definitions,main characteristics,and tendencies of nine constitutions.To summarize the suitable food,edible Chinese herbs,and herbs for each type,in order to effectively guide suitable diet for the elderly who is different types of TCM constitution,adjust the body＇s physical function,and promote health and disease prevention.
