比亚芬用于防治鼻咽癌病人放射性皮炎效果的Meta分析 被引量:7

Meta-analysis of effect of Biafine on the prevention and treatment of radioactive dermatitis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma

摘要 [目的]系统评价比亚芬用于防治鼻咽癌病人放射性皮炎的效果。[方法]计算机检索OVID医学全文期刊数据库、PubMed、Medline、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CJFD)以及万方数据库中关于比亚芬用于防治鼻咽癌病人放射性皮炎的临床研究,严格按照系统评价PRISMA流程,运用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。[结果]本研究共纳入文献10篇,包含3篇随机对照试验(RCT)和7篇临床对照试验(CCT)。Meta分析结果显示:比亚芬乳膏可以降低Ⅱ级以上放射性皮炎的发生率[RR=0.21,95%CI(0.14,0.30),P<0.001],缩短颈部皮肤放射性皮炎出现时间,RR=0.26,95%CI(0.12,0.58),P=0.001],差异有统计学意义。[结论]现有资料表明,放疗期间应用比亚芬乳膏涂抹放疗区域可以降低鼻咽癌病人放射性皮炎严重程度,缩短颈部皮肤放射性损伤出现时间。 Objective:To systematically evaluated the effects of Biafine on the prevention and treatment of radioactive dermatitis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:The data base of OVID,PubMed,Medline,VIP Chinese Science Periodicals Full-text Database,CBM,CJFD and Wanfang database were searched for the prevention and treatment of nasopharyngeal Cancer patients with radiodermatitis clinical research,in strict accordance with the systematic evaluation of PRISMA process,the use of RevMan 5.3 software for Meta-analysis.Results:This article included a total of 10 studies,including three randomized controlled trials(RCT)and seven clinical trials(CCT).Meta-analysis results showed that Biafine cream can reduce the severity of radiodermatitis[RR= 0.21,95%CI(0.14,0.30),P〈0.001],and shorten the time of skin radiation damage[RR=0.26,95%CI(0.12,0.58),P=0.001],the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:Application of Biafine cream during radiotherapy radiotherapy area can reduce the severity of radiation dermatitis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,shorten the time of skin radiation damage.
