摘要 介绍265/60R18 MUD WBRIOR半钢子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径756 mm,断面宽297 mm,行驶面宽度225 mm,行驶面弧度高8.6 mm,胎圈着合直径457 mm,胎圈着合宽度240 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.868 8,采用长短花纹交替的变节距胎面花纹,花纹深度13 mm,花纹饱和度69.58%,花纹周节数21。施工设计:胎面采用全分层设计,胎侧采用五复合结构,1#和2#带束层均采用3×0.30HT钢丝帘线;采用一次法成型机成型,液压硫化机充氮硫化工艺硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均达到国家标准要求。 The design on 265/60R18 MUD WBRIOR steel-belted radial tire was introduced. In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 756 mm,cross-sectional width 297 mm, width of running surface 225 mm, arc height of running surface 8.6 mm, bead diameter at rim seat 457 mm, bead width at rim seat 240 mm, maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 0. 868 8, using alternating long and short type patterns with variable pitch,pattern depth 13 mm, block/total ratio 69.58%,and number of pattern pitches 21. In construction design,the following processes were taken:full layered design for tread, five co-extruded sidewall, 3× 0.30HT steel cord for 1^# and 2^# belt, using singlestage building machine to build tire and hydraulic press to cure tire with nitrogen curing process. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that, the inflated peripheral dimension, strength and endurance performance met the requirements of national standards.
