摘要
研究膏体和粉体两种隔离剂在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用。结果表明,与粉体隔离剂相比,在胎体胶中使用膏体隔离剂,胶料的最大转矩减小,焦烧时间缩短,硫化胶的物理性能和粘合性能下降,成品轮胎的耐久性能略差,因此建议使用以粉体隔离剂为主或全部使用粉体隔离剂。
The application of two kinds of isolating agents in the carcass ply compound of truck and bus radial tire was studied. One was paste and another was powder. The results showed that, compared with powder isolating agent, by using a paste isolating agent in the carcass ply compound, the maximum torque of the compound decreased, the scorch time was shortened, the physical and adhesion properties of the vulcanizate decreased, and the durability of the finished tire decreased slightly. Therefore, it was recommended to use a powder isolating agent, or at least as the main component of isolating system.
