摘要
针对轴伸贯流式水轮发电机组的运行特性,为保障机组运行的安全,采用ANSYS对机组关键部件进行了动力特性分析.整个分析过程充分模拟了整体和局部的受力特性,且具有比较高的计算精度.最后的分析表明,此发电机组成结构达到了预期的设计要求.相比于传统计算方法,工作效率得到了显著提高,节约了工程项目的设计时间,其精度也更能满足要求.为相关轴伸贯流式发电机组结构的优化提供了相关研究方法.
Based on theoperating characteristics of shaft extension tubular hydroelectric generating set,this paper makesa dynamic characteristics analysis for key components of shaft extension tubular hydroelectric generating set by using ANSYS in order to guarantee the safety of the operation. In the whole process of analysis,the overall and local stress characteristics are fully simulated,and the computational accuracy is high.The results show that this structure meets the design requirements.Compared with the traditional calculation method,this method significantly improves work efficiency and saves time for project design and its precision can meet higher requirement.It provides the research methods forstructural optimization of shaft extension tubular hydroelectric generating set.
