摘要 散拼木模被广泛应用于建筑、基础设施、桥梁施工中,然而传统的散拼木模边缘未做加强处理,导致模板拼缝处出现胀模、漏浆、错台等质量问题。为解决散拼木模的缺点,采用定型方钢代替传统木方作为模板次龙骨,以及采用角钢对墙、柱模板边缘和下口进行封闭的施工工艺。运用此工艺后,混凝土墙、柱成型质量良好,阴阳角方正、顺直,提高了施工质量。 Bulk wood formwork is widely used in building, infrastructure and bridge construction.However,the edge of traditional bulk wood formwork has not been strengthened,resulting in the quality problems such as swell,slurry leakage and faulting slab ends. To solve the defect of bulk wood formwork,the assembling steel-formwork is adoptd to replace the traditional bulk wood formwork for construction. Through multiple project applications, this technique is continuously improved and perfected,and the construction method is formed. In practical application,the concrete wall and column forming quality is good,the internal corner and external corner is positive and straight,which improves the construction quality.
