摘要
目的观察对比疏密波电针大肠俞、环跳穴结合推拿与普通针刺结合推拿对气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效并探讨其机制。方法将60例气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组。观察组予以疏密波电针大肠俞、环跳穴结合推拿,对照组予以普通针刺结合推拿。采用中文版Oswestry功能障碍指数(CODI)、视觉模拟量表(VAS)、日本骨科学会腰椎评分(JOA)进行对比,并进行中医症状临床疗效判定。结果观察组总有效率96.67%,高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05),治疗后CODI、VAS、JOA评分亦均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论疏密波电针大肠俞、环跳结合推拿对气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效更显著,可以有效解除患者疼痛,提高生活质量。
Objective: To observe and compare the clinical effects of the massage combined with electroacupuncture at Dachangshu(BL25) and Huantiao(GB30) acupoints with disperse-dense waves and massage combined with ordinary acupuncture on lumbar disc herniation of Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type. Methods:60 cases of lumbar disc herniation of Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group received massage combined with electroacupuncture at Dachangshu(BL25) and Huantiao(GB30) acupoints with disperse-dense waves and the control group received massage combined with ordinary acupuncture. CODI(Oswestry disability index in Chinese version),VAS(visual analogue scale) and JOA(Japanese Orthopaedic Association) Lumbar Score were used to make related comparisons and to judge the clinical curative effect of TCM symptoms. Results: The tolal effective of the observation(96.67%) wan higher than that of the control group(86.67%)(P〈0.05). The curative CODI,VAS and JOA of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Massage combined with electroacupuncture at Dachangshu(BL25) and Huantiao(GB30) acupoints with disperse-dense waves presents more significant curative effect on lumbar disc herniation of Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type,which can effectively relieve patients′pain and improve their life quality.
