四缝穴刺络放血疗法治疗小儿急乳蛾肺胃热炽证的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Sifeng Bloodletting Puncture Therapy on Infantile Acute Tonsillitis of Lung and Stomach Heat Incandescent Syndrome

目的观察四缝穴刺络放血疗法治疗小儿急乳蛾肺胃热炽证的临床疗效。方法 63例患儿按随机数字表法分为两组,均在西医常规治疗小儿急乳蛾的基础上加用刺血疗法,对照组采用少商及耳尖穴放血,观察组在此基础上加用四缝穴放血,疗程3 d。观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组退热效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组病例症状、体征改善均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组有效率及治愈率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四缝穴刺络放血疗法治疗小儿急乳蛾肺胃热炽证可有效退热,并能明显改善患儿扁桃体充血、咽痛、泛恶等多项证候体征,临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Sifeng bloodletting puncture therapy on acute tonsillitis of Lung and stomach heat incandescent syndrome. Methods： 63 children were randomly divided into the observation group（32 cases） and the control group（31 cases） according to random number table. The two groups were treated with bloodletting therapy based on routine Western medicine. The control group received bloodletting on Shaoshang and Erjian,while the observation group added bloodletting on Sifeng. The course of treatment was three days. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results： After treatment,the defervescence effect of fever in the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the symptoms and signs of the two groups were better than those before the treatment（P〈0.05）,and the observation group was obviously superior to the control group（P〈0.01）. The effective rate and cure rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Sifeng bloodletting puncture therapy can be effectively antipyretic on acute tonsillitis of Lung and stomach heat incandescent syndrome,and significantly improve the symptoms of tonsillar congestion,sore throat and general symptoms. The clinical effect is remarkable.
