《伤寒杂病论》中大黄“角药”的配伍与应用

Compatibility and Application of Rhubarb as Angle Medicines in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases

目的分析《伤寒杂病论》中大黄角药的配伍与应用,为系统研究经方及临床遣方用药提供有益借鉴。方法统计《伤寒杂病论》所载方剂中大黄的出现频率,从独立成方、作为方剂主要部分、联合应用3个方面分析大黄角药的配伍与应用。结果《伤寒杂病论》中大黄角药独立成方有8组、作为方剂主要部分有8组,以及联合应用之角药,在临床中能够发挥较好的治疗效果。结论《伤寒杂病论》中大黄角药配伍精妙,应用广泛,对临床具有重要的指导意义。

Objective： To analyze the compatibility and application of rhubarb as angle medicines in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,and to provide a useful reference for the systematic study of prescription and clinical remedies. Methods： Firstly,the appearance frequency of rhubarb in prescriptions of Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases was statistically analyzed,and then the compatibility and application of rhubarb herbs were analyzed from three aspects of independent prescription,as the main part of prescription and combination application. Results： There were 8 independent prescriptions of rhubarb as angle medicines in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases. There were 8 groups as the main components of prescription,and the combined application of angle medicines could exert better therapeutic effect in clinic. Conclusion ： The compatibility of rhubarb prescription in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases is exquisite and widely used,which is of great guiding significance to clinical.
