国家治理视角下民本思想的继承与弘扬

People-based ideology from the perspective of national governance

中国素有民本思想的传统。在传统社会中,民本之"民"实为"子民"或"臣民",君主通过体恤民意而治国理政;然而在君主制度之下,古代的民本发展空间有限,但通过回应民众要求的逻辑具有重要价值,并在当代中国共产党的执政理念中得到弘扬,在十九大报告中进一步得到具体体现;在新的历史条件下,中国的民本思想已经成为了中国民主建设的重要内容,其通过与国家治理的结合,民本思想在民主政治下得到了发扬光大。

The people-based ideology is deeply rooted in the Chinese tradition,in which people are regarded as the grassroots and rulers govern by condescending or patronizing on the people.In contrast,the modern Chinese governing conception of the ruling CPC makes a prompt response to the demand of the people.Likewise,the new Chinese people-based ideology gets developed in the context of Chinese democratic construction.
