摘要
目的研究五裂茶藨子叶中的化学成分,并评价其抗炎活性。方法对五裂茶藨子95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位采用硅胶柱层析、MCI柱层析和反相C18制备液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定各化合物的结构;采用ELISA法评价所得化合物的抗炎活性。结果从五裂茶藨子叶中分离得到了8个化合物,分别鉴定为鼠李秦素(Ⅰ)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)、苜蓿素(Ⅲ)、salcolin A(Ⅳ)、苜蓿素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)、阿福豆苷(Ⅵ)、丁香酯素(Ⅶ)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(Ⅷ);6个黄酮类化合物Ⅰ-Ⅵ均对炎症因子有不同程度的抑制作用,其中,化合物Ⅳ对两种炎症因子的抑制作用最强。结论化合物Ⅰ-Ⅷ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Ribes meyeri Maxim. and its anti-inflammation bioactivity. METHODS The ethyl acetate fraction of 95% ethanol extracts of Ribes meyeri was isolated and purified by silica gel,MCI and reversed-phase prep C18 chromatographic columns. The structures of obtained compounds were identified by1 HNMR and13 CNMR data. The anti-inflammatory activities of compounds were evaluated by ELISA method. RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as rhamnazin( Ⅰ),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside( Ⅱ),tricin( Ⅲ),salcolin A( Ⅳ),tricin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( Ⅴ),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside( Ⅵ),(-)-syringaresinol( Ⅶ) and dibutyl-phthalate( Ⅷ).The anti-inflammation bioactivities of compounds Ⅰ-Ⅵ were evaluated by ELISA method. The results showed that all the six compounds have anti-inflammation bioactivity,and compound Ⅳ presented the best bioactivity. CONCLUSION All the compounds have been isolated from Ribes meyeri for the first time.
