发酵蜈蚣粉醇提物的体外抗肿瘤有效部位筛选

Screening the antitumor effective parts of the alcohol extracts from fermented centipede powder in vitro

目的筛选发酵蜈蚣粉醇提物的抑制肺腺癌A549细胞株增殖的有效部位并研究其石油醚部位的抗肿瘤活性。方法取发酵蜈蚣粉，用80％乙醇回流提取，提取液分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取，分别用体外MTT法检测各萃取部位对肺腺癌A549细胞增殖的抑制效果；考察对A549增殖抑制效果较好的石油醚部位对喉癌Hep-2、肝癌Bel-7402及乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的抗肿瘤活性。结果与结论发酵蜈蚣粉醇提物的的石油醚部位及乙酸乙酯部位为抑制肺腺癌A549细胞增殖的有效部位，石油醚部位对喉癌Hep-2、肝癌Bel-7402及乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的增殖均具有较强的抑制效果。

OBJECTIVE To screen the effective parts of the alcohol extracts from fermented centipede powder on inhibiting the prolifer- ation of A549 cell strain and the antitumor effects in the petroleum fraction. METHODS 80% ethanol was used to extract fermentative centipede powder and then, the extractive parts with petroleum ether, acetic ether and n - butyl alcohol were collected, respectively. The effective parts on the proliferation of lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells were screened using MTF assay. The antitumor activities of laryngeal cancer Hep - 2 ceils, hepatoma Bel - 7402 cells and breast cancer MCF - 7 cells were studied respectively on the petroleum fraction which has better inhibitory effect. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The extractive parts of petroleum ether and acetic ether of the alcohol extracts from fermented centipede powders had inhibiting effects in the proliferation of lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells, and the petroleum fraction had good inhibitory effects to the laryngeal carcinoma Hep -2 cells, hepatoma Bel -7402 cells and breast cancer MCF -7 cells, respectively.
