银川地区回族和汉族健康儿童CYP3A酶活性的分布特征

Distribution characteristics of CYP3A activity in healthy children from hui nationality and han nationality in Yinchuan

目的评价银川地区回族和汉族健康儿童细胞色素P450 3A酶（CYP3A）的活性及分布特征。方法采用整群分层方法抽样共200例,用HPLC法测定受试儿童尿液中6β-羟基氢化可的松和氢化可的松的浓度,以两者的比值表示CYP3A酶的活性。结果 200名健康儿童的CYP3A酶活性呈左偏态分布,经对数转换后为正态分布（正常值范围为0.72-10.59）。结论银川地区汉族儿童的CYP3A酶活性大于回族儿童的;酶活性水平与年龄相关,随着年龄的增长而降低,但不同性别之间无显著性差异。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the CYP3A activity and its distribution characteristics in healthy children from hui and han nationalities in Yinchuan. METHODS 200 healthy children in Yinchuan were drawn with a stratified cluster random sampling method. The activity of CYP3A was estimated by the urine concentration ratio of 6β - hydroxycortisol and hydrocortisone, which were determined by HPLC method. RESULTS The CYP3A activity in the 200 healthy children showed a skewed to the left distribution, and fitted normal distribution after log transformation （ normal range was 0.72 - 10.59 ）. CONCLUSION The CYP3A activity in ban nationality children is higher than that in hui nationality children. There exists negative correlation between the CYP3A activity and age, but no significant difference between genders.
