摘要
由于单颗发光二极管(LED)灯珠的功率很小,故厂家常以阵列的形式将其组合成模块应用于照明领域。基于某实际LED路灯模块的理论伏安特性曲线,根据LED模块生产厂家提供的额定电压和功率使其工作在额定参数范围内,测试出其电气性能参数。采用5种拟合方式研究得到相应的拟合曲线,选用拟合效果最优的6项高斯拟合方式构建LED模块的非线性数学模型,进而利用Matlab/Simulink搭建其仿真模型。将该模型应用于Boost变换器仿真电路中,并设计25 W调光型原理样机验证该模型的有效性。仿真和实验结果均表明,该模型的误差小,满足实际应用的要求。
As the power of a single lighting emitted diode (LED) lamp bead is very small, manufacturers often arrange them in the form of an array named LED module to use in the field of lighting.Based on the theoretical U-I characteristic curve of the LED street lamp module, the electrical performance can be tested according to the rated voltage and power provided by the LED module manufacturers.The fitting curves are obtained by five fitting methods. Six terms Gaussian fitting method is chosen to construct the nonlinear mathematical model of the LED module since it has optimal fitting performance among the five methods,and then the simulation model is built with Matlab/ Simulink.The model is applied in the Boost converter simulation circuit, and the validity of the model is verified by the 25 W dimming prototype.The simulation and test results show that the error of the model is small, and it meets the requirements of practical application.
