摘要
阐述了峰值电流控制模式下,当占空比大于50%时开关电源电路产生次谐波振荡的原因。给出了斜坡补偿的基本原理,比较分析了阻容式斜坡补偿与单电容斜坡补偿的工作原理、设计步骤及补偿电路。最后详细介绍了两种斜坡补偿在以UC3842为控制芯片的反激式开关电源中的参数设计,通过Saber软件仿真与样机实验验证了理论分析。
The cause of sub-harmonic oscillations in the switching power supply circuit when the duty cycle is more than 50% is described under the peak current control mode.The principle of slope compensation is given.The princi- ple, design step and compensation circuit of resistance capacitance slope compensation and single capacitor slope compensation are compared and analyzed.Finally, the design of the parameters of two kinds of slope compensation in the flyback switching power supply by UC3842 is introduced, and the theoretical analysis is verified by simulation and experiment.
