摘要
宽范围输入高位取能电源是模块化多电平换流器(MMC)子模块的关键组成部分,分析了换流系统中高位取能电源的供电要求,对比不同电路拓扑的适用场合,选用单管反激电路拓扑设计高位取能电源,针对高位取能电源开关管导通损耗较高的特点,设计电源工作于损耗更低的连续模式,并给出了主电路具体设计方案。在理论设计的基础上,研制了300-1 500 V输入/24V输出的高位取能电源,对电源进行了性能测试,给出了不同输入条件下的开关管漏源极电压波形和不同负载条件下输出电压波形,结果表明所提单管反激高位取能电路正确可行,可应用于工程实际中。
High voltage potential power supply working with wide range input is the key part of modular muhilevel converter(MMC) modules.The power supply requirements of high voltage potential power supply working in converter system is analyzed, and the single flyback converter circuit topology is chosen to design the high voltage potential power supply after comparing the applicability of different circuit topology.According to the high on-state waste of power switch, the high voltage potential power supply is designed to work at continuous conduction mode which has lower on-state waste,then the detailed main circuit design scheme is given.On the basis of the theory of design,the high voltage potential power supply with 300-1 500 V input/24 V output is developed.The performance of the power supply is tested, then the switch drain-source voltage waves under different input voltage and the output voltage waveforms under various load conditions are given.The experiment show right and feasible that the proposed single flyback high voltage potential power supply circuit is correct and workable, and it can be applied to engineering projects.
