摘要
基于对10家普通高校图书馆开展ESI学科评价的调查,深入分析普通高校图书馆开展ESI学科评价工作的起点和面临的困境。为进一步深化ESI学科评价分析工作,普通高校图书馆应根据自身的客观条件,集中有限的人力资源,紧紧围绕服务目标定位、团队建设、服务方式、合作共享开展ESI学科评价工作。
Based on investigation into the 10 normal university libraries to carry out the ESI discipline evaluation survey, this paper has in-depth analysis of the ordinary university library to carry out the ESI subject starting point and the plight of the evaluation work. In order to further deepen the ESI discipline evaluation analysis work, according to its own objective conditions, the ordinary university library should focus on the limited human resources closely around the service goal orientation, team building, service mode, cooperation, sharing of ESI science evaluation.
