公共图书馆传统借阅服务的平台化思考

Platform Thought on Traditional Book Lending Service in Public Libraries

现代网络信息技术飞速发展,作为图书馆为读者服务的核心,公共图书馆传统借阅服务也应面向平台化发展,为读者提供便利。结合公共图书馆传统借阅服务的现状和存在的问题,提出传统借阅服务的平台化建设策略,即融入网络服务,加强协作服务,拓展创新服务,并进一步指出平台化发展需注意的问题。

With the development of modern network information technology, as the core part service for readers of libraries, the traditional book lending service should also provide convenience for the readers by platform oriented development. This paper combines current problems in the traditional lending service, puts forward platform development strategies： integration with the network service, strengthening collaboration service and expanding innovative service, and further puts forward the problems that need to be paid attention in the process of platform development.
