从文献信息、技术手段、情报服务、专业人才等方面深入挖掘党校图书馆服务新型智库建设的独特优势。鉴于目前党校图书馆服务智库转型中存在的管理理念创新不足、资源建设投入产出率仍需优化、情报服务能力有待提高等问题,提出完善顶层设计,构建党校图书馆智库服务联盟;创新服务平台,推动党校图书馆智库服务职能转型;提升服务能力,营造党校图书情报人员的智库研究氛围;制定业务规划,明确党校图书馆服务智库的着力点等新时代党校图书馆服务新型智库建设的策略。
