软弱泥化巷道破坏机理及修复控制技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 化乐煤矿1#轨道石门为软岩巷道,巷道开掘后变形破坏严重。通过现场调研、理论分析、巷道围岩组分分析、围岩结构探测,确定底板无支护、围岩遇水软化及原支护强度低是造成巷道失稳破坏的主要原因。针对软弱泥化巷道变形破坏特征,设计采用U29型钢支架+锚网喷+底板锚索+注浆联合支护方式控制围岩变形。对该方案进行现场工业性试验,并进行围岩变形监测。结果表明,石门变形得到有效控制,巷道满足安全生产要求。 No.1 railway crosscut of Huale Mine was soft rock roadway,the deformation and failure of No.1 railway crosscut was serious.Based on the on-site investigation,theoretical analysis,surrounding rock component analysis and the detection of surrounding rock structure,this paper determined that the main cause of unstable failure were the unsupported floor,the water-softening rock,the low initial support strength.Aiming at the deformation characteristics of soft clay roadway,the combined support scheme was made to control the deformation of surrounding rock with U29 steel bracket,floor anchor support and grouting.The industrial test was undertaken for the scheme and the deformation of surrounding rock was under monitoring.The monitoring results showed that the deformation of cross drift was under controlled,and the roadway met the demand of production safety.
