摘要
从创新过程的视角,总结科技服务业在中小企业创新过程中的作用,针对非科技型企业的创新特点及服务需求,提出面向非科技型中小企业创新能力建设的提升策略。
Based on the view of innovation process, the role of ST service industry in the innovation process of SMEs has been summed up. Focusing on innovative features and demand of non-tech SMEs, the promotion strategies of non-tech SMEs innovation has been proposed.
