摘要
以科学与技术的本征为切入点,阐释二者在哲学理念、实现路径、表现形式、实践目的以及对社会的影响形式等方面的离散本质与自洽关系,揭示科技成果转化的物化本质与自下而上的分级结构特征,并据此探索高校科技成果转化率低的根源,提出建议。
On the basis of the discussion, the essence and bottom-up hierarchical features of the science and technology achievement transformation were revealed. Through analyzing the reason of the low transferring rate of scientific and technological achievements in Chinese universities, the suggestions were demonstrated.
