利用平台化方式整合油库各类信息系统

Integration of All Kinds of Information Systems of Oil Depot Using Platform Method

从目前一些石油库物流管控、消防控制和现场监控防范三大信息系统独立运行存在的运行不成体系、无法实现系统间联动、投资和运行维护费用高以及增加工作量和过分依赖人为操作等问题,提出了建立综合控制中心、系统优化,实现联动、搭建主干与支干信号传输网络、对探测单元进行模块化设计及简化信息显示单元的平台化整合方案,以减少运行成本和工作量,提高工作效率和油库管理水平。

At present,three major independent information systems in some oil depots,viz. logistics management system,fire control system and on-site monitoring and prevention system are operated independently. Therefore, there are many problems,such as the systems are not systematic,the linkage between the systems cannot be realized,the cost of investment and operation and maintenance is high,the workload is increased and the operation is too dependent on the operator. The integrated platform solution is proposed,including comprehensive control center,system optimization,linkage,construction of signal transmission network between trunk and brunches,modular design of detection unit and simplification of information display unit,which can reduce the operation cost and workload,improve work efficiency and the management level of oil depot.
