摘要
采用蔡司金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱分析等检测手段表征了1Cr13钢锻件内夹杂物的元素组成和形态。结果表明,电渣重熔1Cr13钢锻件内夹杂物的主要元素有Mn、F、S、Si、O和Ca,其中F、Si、Ca含量严重超标,S和O含量轻微超标,Mn含量在标准范围之内。由此确定1Cr13钢夹杂物的存在形态为块状Si O2和条状Mn S两类夹杂物,而Ca F2是以夹渣形式出现。
Element composition and morphology of inclusion of 1 Cr13 steel forging were characterized by OM, SEM and EDS. The results show that essential elements of inclusion are Mn, F, S, Si, O and Ca in the 1 Cr13 steel forging. The contents of F, Si and Ca are the severe over-standard, and the contents of S and O are the minor over-standard, and the content of Mn is within range of standard. From that, the existing forms of inclusion are blocks of Si O2 and strips of Mn S, and Ca F2 comes out in slag inclusion.
