矿物复掺及蒸养方式对管片钢渣混凝土力学性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 对盾构管片钢渣混凝土蒸养后的力学性能进行了试验研究,分析了不同水胶比及钢渣粉、粉煤灰及矿渣粉等矿物掺合料的掺入对蒸养后钢渣混凝土力学性能的影响,探讨了不同养护方式、蒸养工艺对钢渣混凝土拆模强度的影响。结果表明,水胶比对蒸汽养护制度下早期强度影响较大,对标准养护条件下抗压强度影响小;钢渣粉、粉煤灰及矿渣粉掺入总量为20%时,其拆模强度比其他掺量高,出于经济性及工业废渣的资源化利用考虑,可选强度差距不大的25%掺量;采用试件成型后静养时间2h,然后以15℃/h的升温速率升温至65℃,恒温4h后以15℃/h的降温速率降至室温的蒸养工艺能得到较高的拆模强度。 The compressive properties of steel slag concrete after the application of shield tunnel tube are studied, the different water-binder ratio and steel slag powder, fly ash and slag powder and other incorporation of mineral admixtures on the influence of steel slag concrete pipe are analyzed, the different ways of curing and steaming on the influence of steel slag concrete split modes are discussed. The results show that water-binder ratio has a greater influence on the early strength under steam curing system, the compressive strength of the standard curing conditions is lower. When the total amount of slag powder, fly ash and slag powder is 20%, the strength of the mould is higher than that of other admixture,considering the resource utilization of economy and industrial waste residue, the content of 25% of the optional strength gap is not very high. Quiet time 2 h after the specimen molding, and then at 15℃/h the heating rate of up to 65℃, the temperature at 15℃ after 4 h rate of cooling down to room temperature pipe technology can get high removal strength.
