夏季条件下基于钢矿粉的PC构件绿色生产试验研究

摘要 钢矿粉(钢渣粉∶矿粉=3∶7)的水化产物种类与水泥类似,主要为C-S-H凝胶、Ca(OH)2以及AFt晶体等,其用于混凝土时与水泥、粉煤灰等原材料适应性良好。夏季条件下,基于钢矿粉与粉煤灰复配的绿色生产技术用于PC构件混凝土制备时,混凝土性能良好、满足设计要求,且经济和环境效益明显,具备应用推广可行性。 The type of the hydrated product of steel-blast furnace slag power(slag powder: mineral powder =3∶7)is similar to that of cement, which is mainly C-S-H gel, Ca(OH)2 and AFt crystal, etc. When the steel-blast furnace slag power is used in concrete, it has good adaptability with the raw materials such as cement and fly ash. Under the summer condition, the green production technology based on the combination of steel-blast furnace slag power and fly ash is applied to PC component concrete preparation. The concrete has good performance and meets the design requirements,and has obvious economic and environmental benefits, so it has the feasibility of application and popularization.
