中医体质辨识在社区高血压管理中的应用分析

The application of TCM constitution identification in community hypertension management

目的:探讨中医体质辨识在社区高血压患者管理中应用效果,比较干预前后患者对中医体质辨识认知程度和血压控制率及对卫生服务的满意率。方法:选取南朗镇社区卫生服务中心已建立健康档案所管理的高血压患者600例为研究对象,比较运用中医体质辨识前后效果的差异性。结果:研究对象对于中医体质辨识的认知程度以及对卫生服务的满意情况有了明显的改善,而干预前对于血压控制的满意率仅为11%,干预后为69.3%,(P<0.05)。结论:运用中医体质辨识在社区高血压管理中的应用,提高患者对中医药健康管理服务认可性,大大提高社区高血压患者的相关知识知晓率、血压控制率,实行中西医结合管理高血压,有利于实现个性化服务,促进社区高血压综合管理,显著提高社区高血压管理的质量及对于社区卫生服务的满意度。

Objective： To explore the constitution of TCM identification application effect in the management of hypertension patients in community, before and after intervention were compared to the traditional Chinese medicine physique level identification and blood pressure control rates and for the satisfaction of health services. Methods： To select 600 cases of hypertension patients under management of health records in the community health service center of nanlang town, and compare the differences between the effects of traditional Chinese medicine. Results： The object of study for the cognition of TCM constitution identification and satisfaction of health services was improved obviously, and before the intervention for the satisfaction of blood pressure control is only 11%, 69.3%, after intervention（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The use of traditional Chinese medicine physique recognition application in the community hypertension management, improve the health management service recognition of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with sex, greatly improve the relevant knowledge of hypertension patients in community awareness, blood pressure control, the practice of Chinese and western medicine combined with the management of high blood pressure, is beneficial to realize the personalized service, promote the community hypertension management, improve the quality of the community hypertension management and satisfaction of community health service.
