有意识的知识溢出对创新集群衍生的影响——基于知识创造的视角 被引量:14

The impact of conscious knowledge spillovers on the spin-off mechanism of innovation cluster: Based on the perspective of knowledge creation

摘要 有意识的知识溢出是实现基于知识交互的产业创新活动和集群生成发展的重要条件。本文将创新型产业集群的生成和发展态势抽象为创新集群衍生变量,并解构为企业衍生、技术衍生和新兴产业衍生三个维度,并以大连市重点产业集群的数据,实证检验了有意识的知识溢出对创新集群衍生的直接影响及知识创造对二者关系的中介效应。研究发现,知识创造在有意识的知识溢出和创新集群衍生三个维度之间关系的作用上具有差异性:在有意识的知识溢出和企业衍生之间起到完全中介效应,而在有意识的知识溢出和和技术衍生、新兴产业衍生之间则起到部分中介效应。研究针对基于知识创造的创新集群演化和促进区域经济增长等方面提出创新性的管理启示。 This article deconstructs innovation clusters from three dimensions: spin-off enterprise,spin-off technology and spin-off emerging industry. Based on data of the key industry clusters in Dalian,this article empirically tests that there is direct impact of conscious knowledge spillovers on innovation cluster spin-off,and knowledge creation has mediating effect on the relationship between them. The empirical analysis results indicate that knowledge creation has different role in the relationship between conscious knowledge spillovers and three dimensions of innovation cluster spin-off. Specifically,knowledge creation plays a full mediating effect on relationship between conscious knowledge spillovers and spin-off enterprise. However,knowledge creation play a partial mediating effect on relationship between conscious knowledge spillovers and spin-off technology and spin-off emerging industry. Finally,this study proposes innovative managerial implications for the evolution of innovation clusters which based on knowledge creation,thus promoting regional economic growth.
