四川某难选低品位碲铋矿的选矿试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 四川某碲铋矿含Te0.53%、Bi0.85%,由于脉石矿物组成复杂、嵌布关系密切,同时含有大量与辉碲铋矿可浮性相似的磁黄铁矿,造成该矿分选困难。为有效利用该地的碲铋资源,自主研发出了适应该矿性质特点的高效选择性组合抑制剂NS-1,同时以丁基黄药为捕收剂,2#油为起泡剂,经一粗一扫三精的浮选工艺流程,可获得精矿Te品位为9.53%、回收率为93.64%;Bi品位为15.39%,回收率为95.65%的良好技术指标。 A bismuth telluride ore in Sichuan contains Te0.53% and Bi0.85%, and its mineral composition is complex and closely related. At the same time, it contains a large number of pyrrhotite similar to the floatability of bismuth telluride, thuswhich is difficult to beseparated.In order to utilize the bismuth telluride resource effectively, a highly efficient selective combinatorial inhibitor NS-1 has been developed independently. Meanwhilethetest selectedbutyl xanthate as the collector,2# oilasthe foaming agent.The good technical indexes such as the grade of Te concentrate 9.53% and the recovery 93.64%, and the grade of Bi concentrate 15.39% and the recovery 95.65% were obtained by once roughing, once scavenging and three times cleaning.
