高炉瓦斯泥浮选碳工艺试验研究

摘要 河北某钢厂高炉瓦斯泥碳原矿品位为25.56%,碳含量较高,是很好的选碳原料,具有很高的利用价值。对高炉瓦斯泥中的碳进行浮选回收不仅可以提高资源利用效率,减少资源浪费,又可以很好的保护环境。本文在分析高炉瓦斯泥原料性质的基础上,通过单一浮选条件试验,考察了不同的矿浆浓度,抑制剂用量,捕收剂用量,起泡剂用量对浮选最终效果的影响,找到了合适的高炉瓦斯泥碳浮选回收工艺。试验结果表明:在矿浆浓度为5%,六偏磷酸钠用量为80 g/t,苛性淀粉用量为80 g/t,捕收剂柴油用量为900 g/t,起泡剂2#油用量为50g/t的条件下经过一次粗选三次精选的开路浮选工艺流程,最终获得了产率为25.79%,品位为69.85%,回收率为70.31%的碳精矿,取得了较好的选别指标,为此类矿物的选别提供宝贵经验。 The blast furnace sludge carbon ore grade of a steel plant in Hebei was 25.56%, and the carbon content was high, which was a good choice of carbon raw materials with high utilization value. The flotation recovery of carbon in blast furnace gas slurry can not only improve the efficiency of resource utilization, but also can reduce the waste of resources and protect the environment. In this paper, based on the analysis of blast furnace gas sludge raw material properties, through the experimental study on the single flotation conditions, the effect of different pulp density, inhibitor dosage, dosage of collector, and the dosage of foaming agent on flotation was studied eventually. Tthe appropriate process was determined for carbon recovery from the blast furnace sludge. By using the process of one roughing three cleaning, it found that pulp concentration was 5%, the dosage of sodium hexametaphosphate was 80 g/t, the dosage of caustic starch 80 g/t, the diesel consumption is 900 g/t, and the foaming agent dosage of 2# oil was 50 g/t. At last, the carbon concentrate with the yield of 25.79%, the grade of 69.85% and the recovery of 0.31% was obtained, which can provide valuable flotation experience for such minerals.
