公共阐释是一个有意义的研究领域,这一领域的开拓是完善阐释学研究的重要举措,是中国学人试图建构中国阐释学的努力。阐释本身就是一种公共性的行为,它遵循的是人性的共同性,或者是沟通、交流之后业已达成的共同性,其目的是实现意义的澄明。要真正实现这一目的,还应依靠人类理性和感性的公共性。离开公共理性和公共感性,理解不可能,阐释更不可能。公共阐释存在于各种门类阐释学之中,但是,它所面对的却不是门类阐释学的对象,而是一般阐释学的对象。一般阐释学有公共阐释问题,门类阐释学也有公共阐释问题。公共阐释既是普遍的又是特殊的,它是一般阐释学的组成部分。公共阐释的存在是一个不争的事实,有着充分的合法性的依据。

Public interpretation is an interesting field of study, whose development is an important measure to perfect interpretation study and the effort made by Chinese scholars. Interpretation itself is a public behavior which abides by commonality of human nature after communication and exchange with clarity as its realization significance. In order to realize the aim, it should rely on human reason and emotional publicity. Away from public reason and public emotion, understanding is impossible and interpretation is impossible. Public interpretation lies in different interpretation studies and it does not face the object of categorical interpretation study but general one. There is the issue of public interpretation in general interpretation study as well as in categorical public interpretation. Public interpretation is general as well as special and it is part of interpretation. Its existence is undisputable and has its legality of existence.
