中恒温厌氧-多级生化氧化工艺协同处置养殖污废的研究

摘要 传统的高浓度养殖废水处理传统工艺一般采用预处理+UASB+缺氧+好氧+物化的技术,由于废水中难降解物质的存在,难以达标,且需单独处置畜禽粪便。本工艺采用中温厌氧-多级生化氧化组合技术协同处置养殖污废,无需将废水、粪便分开,出水水质可达到国家及地方标准,其中COD、BOD、SS核心指标达到农田灌溉水质标准,沼渣经固化调理后制成土壤改良剂,回用于经济林种植,实现了绿色循环养殖。 The conventional treatment of the conventional high concentration wastewater treatment is generally the technology of pretreatment + UASB + anoxia + aerobic + materialization, due to the existence of difficult degradable substances in waste water, it is difficult to meet the standards, and we need to dispose of animal feces alone. This process adopts the medium temperature anaerobic and multi-stage biochemical oxidation combination technology to deal with the waste of breeding, without the separation of waste water and feces, and the water quality can meet the national and local standards, COD, BOD, SS core indicators to the water quality of farmland. The biogas slurry was converted into soil conditioner after curing, and was used for economic forest planting. Finally, green circulation culture is realized.
