基于回归分析模型的复方脑脉通配伍规律研究

摘要 目的:运用中药血清药理学,建立回归分析模型,初步探索复方脑脉通的配伍规律。方法:将动物随机分为空白对照组、复方脑脉通组、单味药组、配伍组,获取含药血清,分别给药四种细胞损伤模型组,MTT法测定细胞存活力,采用归一化法对数据进行处理分析。结果:初步确定复方中各药味的作用大小:大黄>人参、川芎>葛根,且葛根在给药6 h后对细胞保护作用随时间逐渐增大。结论:方中四味药起效贡献度大小不同,符合君臣佐使配伍规律,表明方剂配伍设计合理,同时为下一步PK-PD拟合研究复方脑脉通治疗脑中风的配伍规律打下基础。 Objective: To initially explore the compatibility regulation of Naomaitong formula based on serum pharmacology of Chinese medicine by the establishment of regression analysis model. Methods: The animals were randomly divided into control group, Naomaitong formula group, 4 single herb groups, 10 compatibility groups, separated blood serum was prepared. Four kinds of cell injury model groups were given respectively, and cell viability was measured by MTT method. The data are processed and analyzed by normalization method. Results: The effects of each medicine in Naomaitong formula were preliminarily determined: rhubarb〉ginseng and chuanxiong rhizorna〉puerariae, and the protective effects of Pueraria on the cells gradually increased with time. Conclusion: Four herbs in Naomaitong Ibrmuta contributed to the effectiveness of different sizes, Satisfied with the rule of monarch Sasuke compatibility, showed that the compatibility of prescriptions was reasonable and laid the foundation for the PK-PD fitting study on the compatibility of Naomaitong formula in the treatment of stroke.
