非晶氧化锆光催化还原沉积含铬废水

Photo-reduction of the Cr(Ⅵ)-Containing Wastewater by Using Amorphous ZrO_2

摘要 采用溶剂热法合成非晶氧化锆,成功地用于一步法光催化沉积溶液中Cr(Ⅵ),通过XRD、SEM、UV-vis DRS、ICP-OES等表征催化剂反应前后的变化。结果表明:紫外光照射不加牺牲剂时,使用0.025 g非晶氧化锆51 min内即可将20 m L浓度为20 mg/L的Cr(Ⅵ)溶液处理至无检出,副产物Cr/Zr O2铬负载量可达5.012%,降解后铬元素是三价铬。 The amorphous ZrO2 was synthesized by solvent thermal method, and it was successfully applied to Cr(Vl) in solution photo-reduction in one-step. The changes of ZrO2 before and after the reaction were characterized by XRD, SEM, UV-vis DRS, ICP-OES, etc. Results show that under UV irradiation, the Cr amount in 20 mL 20 mg/L Cr(VI) solution after complete treatment by using 0.025 ZrO2 is not detected. The Cr content of obtained Cr/ZrO2by-product reaches 5.012 %. Chromium on ZrO2 after degradation is trivalent chromium.
