花生芽中白藜芦醇的提取和含量分析 被引量:8

摘要 饮食中的白藜芦醇的生物活性对身体的保健作用广泛地吸引了公众的注意,花生是白藜芦醇的天然来源之一。花生芽的白藜芦醇含量比花生的要高许多倍。本文以花生仁为原料,经清水浸泡18 h后,采取恒温培养箱进行培养,待发芽之后用微波-纤维素酶-微波法提取白藜芦醇,利用高效液相色谱检测白藜芦醇的含量,研究结果表明长度为7 cm的芽(长芽样品)其白藜芦醇的含量是4.208 mg/g,该研究为花生芽的综合利用提供科学依据,从实际的角度看,花生芽作为一种功能性蔬菜使用是可行的。 The biological activity of resveratrot in the diet has attracted the attention of the public widely, and peanut is one of the natural sources of resveratrol. Peanut but of resveratrol content is higher than the peanut. Peanut bud can be obtained by culturing in constant temperature incubator, the content of resveratrol was detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) after resveratrol were extracted by means of microwave-cellulose enzyme-microwave, research results show that when the bud length is 7 cm long (long bud), the total content of the resveratrol is 4.208 mg/g. The work provides useful information for comprehensive utilization of peanut bud. From a practical point of view, peanut bud can be used as a functional vegetable.
