摘要
以KClO_3为氧化剂,通过直接氧化法制备聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂;对制备条件进行了分析研究;通过傅立叶红外光谱对产物结构进行了表征。对产品去浊率进行了测定,法对其应用条件进行了分析。结果表明:红外光谱证实了产物为聚合硫酸铁的结构;在酸度为0.10左右、盐基度为12%左右、凝聚搅拌时间为25 s左右时去浊率较高。
Polymerized ferric sulfate were prepared by direct oxidation with KCIO3 as oxidant. The preparation conditions were analyzed. The structure of the product was characterized by Flourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The turbidity rate of the product was measured, and the application conditions were studied. The results show that the infrared spectra show that the product has the structure of polyferric sulfate. When the acidity is about 0.10, the basicity is about 12 %, and the agglomerate time is about 25 s, the turbidity removal rate is relatively high.
