摘要
采用Tessier连续提取法对土壤样品和标准土壤中镉存在形态进行分析,使用全消解方法对选取的两个土壤样品和标准土壤进行全量分析,检测结果表明土壤中镉各形态分量总和与全量分析结果吻合,相对误差小于10%,回收率在85.6%~95.8%之间,检出限、精密度、准确度均符合实验室样品分析的要求。通过样品形态分析和全量实验进行比对可以作为土壤重金属形态分析质量控制的一种手段。
Using Tessier continuous extraction of soil cadmium in soil samples and standard analysis, use full digestion method to select two of the soil sample and standard soil with full quantity analysis, test results show that each form weight sum total quantity analysis results, the relative error less than 10 %, recovery is between 85.6 %-95.8 %. Methods: the detection limit, precision and accuracy were all in accordance with the requirements of laboratory sample analysis. The comparison between sample morphological analysis and full-scale experiment can be used as a means to analyze quality control of soil heavy metals.
