齿球形CoMo/MgO-Al_2O_3耐硫变换催化剂的制备及性能

Preparation and Performance of Tooth Spherical CoMo/MgO-Al_2O_3 Sulfur Tolerant Shift Catalyst

摘要 考察了制备工艺条件对齿球形MgO-Al_2O_3复合载体强度的影响,制备出满足工业应用的载体;采用等体积浸渍法制备了齿球形CoMo/MgO-Al_2O_3耐硫变换催化剂。在原粒度加压活性装置上的评价结果表明,齿球形耐硫变换催化剂具有更优的活性和活性稳定性,对不同水气比和空速的适应性更好。 The effects of preparation process conditions on tooth spherical MgO-Al2O3 composite carrier strength were investigated, and catalyst carrier meeting the industrial application was obtained last. The sulfur tolerant shift catalyst for tooth spherical CoMo/MgO-Al2O3 was prepared by incipient wetness co-impregnation method. The evaluation results on the original size reactor under pressure show that the spherical sulfur tolerant shift catalyst has better activity and activity stability, and better adaptability to different water to gas ratio and space velocity.
