摘要
研究了氰尿酸镧与Ca/Zn复合热稳定剂的协同作用对PVC的热稳定作用,结果表明,氰尿酸镧Ca/Zn复合热稳定剂具有较高的热稳定性,静态及动态热稳定时间分别为93 min和50 min,均优于同类钙锌热稳定剂,且可塑化性能较好,完全可以替代铅盐复合稳定剂或其他同类产品。
The synergy which lanthanum cyanurate with Ca/Zn heat stabilizer complex have showed in PVC thermal stability was investigated. The results showed that lanthanum cyanurate with Ca/Zn heat stabilizer complex has good thermal stability, it's heat stable times are 93 min in static test and 50 min in dynamic test, longer than those of analogous Ca-Zn products, and plasticizing perforrnance is good, it is an ideal alternative to the lead salt compound stabilizers or other similar products.
