摘要
查尔酮类化合物是一种天然有机黄酮类化合物,存在于甘草、红花以及补骨脂等多种药用植物中,由于其化合物分子结构易与不同的蛋白受体结合,因此具有广泛的生物活性,比如抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎和抗寄生虫等。本文制备了四种含苯并咪唑基团的查尔酮类化合物,并对他们的结构进行了质谱、核磁、红外等表征,研究了其对不同致病菌的抑制活性,结果显示化合物3表现出广谱抗菌活性。
Chalcones are a class of natural organic flavonoid compounds which widely present in licorice, safflower and psoralen and other medicinal plants. Due to their molecular structure could bind different receptors, they have a lot of biological activities, such as anti-tumor, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-parasitic, etc. Four chalcones' compounds containing benzimidazole group was prepared, and characterized by MS, NMR, IR. The results showed that the compounds have different degree inhibitory effects on different pathogenic bacteria and compound3 exhibited broad spectrum antimicrobial activity.
