摘要
醋酸丁酸纤维素(Cellulose acetate butyrate,简称CAB)是一种纤维素混合脂肪酸酯,在皮革光亮剂、木材涂料、汽车漆、油墨等领域均有着广泛的应用。CAB作为一种应用广泛的涂料添加剂,相比于醋酸纤维素和醋酸丙酸纤维素,其研究和报道相对较少。基于此,本文从非均相合成法、均相合成法、新型技术合成法三个方面对CAB的合成研究工作进行了总结。此外,本文还对CAB合成技术的发展方向进行了展望,旨在为CAB的研发和生产提供参考依据。
Cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB) is a cellulose mixed fatty acid ester, which has a wide range of applications in leather brighteners, wood coatings, automotive paints, inks and so on. As a widely used coating additive, CAB has fewer studies and reports than cellulose acetate and cellulose acetate propionate. Based on this, this paper summarizes the research work of CAB synthesis from the three aspects of heterogeneous synthesis, homogeneous synthesis and novel synthesis techniques. In addition, this article also looks forward to the development direction of CAB synthesis technology, and aims to provide reference for CAB research and production.
