Research Process in Extraction and Purification of Saponins

皂苷作为一种天然产物,因分布广泛且具有丰富的生理活性而具有广阔的开发应用前景。皂苷的提取和纯化是其进一步研究和利用的基础,科学高效地提取分离皂苷是当前皂苷研究面临的一个重要问题。本文归纳了近年来文献报道的皂苷5种提取方法和6种纯化方法的原理和应用,并比较了其优缺点,为皂苷的提取分离提供参考,促进其开发利用。

Saponins are natural active materials and have good application potential due to their wide distribution in herbs and various physiological activities. The extraction and purification of saponins are the basis of further research and utilization. In this paper, five extraction methods and six purification methods are summarized, with the aim of the promoting exploitation and utilization of the spaonins.
