摘要
催化裂化(FCC)作为石油深度加工的重要手段,在炼油工业中占着举足轻重的地位。近半个世纪以来,FCC工艺技术和生产规模都有了很大的发展。为了满足日益严格的环保要求和市场对烯烃(特别是丙烯)需求的日益增长,FCC工艺技术也在进一步发展和改进。本文介绍FCC工艺发展趋势,评价FCC对环境的影响及可采取相应的环保改善措施。
FCC had become an important means of petroleum deep processing and take an important position in petroleum refining industry. In the past half century, FCC technology and production scale have made great progress. In order to meet the increasingly stringent environmental requirements and the increasing demand for olefin (especially propylene) in the market, the technology of FCC technology is further developing and improving. This article introduces the development trend of catalytic cracking technology, evaluate the impact of FCC on the environment and take corresponding environmental improvement measures.
