摘要 近年来,制糖行业在清洁生产和污染防治工作中取得了较大的进展,但制糖行业仍是轻工业领域有机污染比较严重的行业之一,废水总量及污染物排放总量仍然很大。本文介绍了某制糖废水治理工程实例,针对废水中COD、BOD浓度较高,可生化性较好的特点,采用了"气浮+UASB+接触氧化"工艺。该工艺自投产至今处理效果稳定,各项出水指标均可以达到《制糖工业水污染物排放标准》(GB21909-2008)中新建企业水污染物排放限值。 In recent years, the sugar industry has made great progress in clean production and pollution prevention. However, the sugar industry is still one of the industries with relatively serious organic pollution in the light industry. The total amount of waste water and the total amount of pollutants still remain substantial. This article introduces a sugar wastewater treatment application which, according to the characteristics of higher concentration of COD and BOD in and good biodegradability in the wastewater, utilized the "Airfloation + UASB + contact oxidation" process. The process has been working stably since it was put into operation, and all of the water indices meet the limits of water pollutant emissions of newly-built enterprises in the "Emission Standard for Water Pollutants in the Sugar Industry" (GB21909-2008).
