摘要
线路板行业用水量大,同时重金属废水排放量也大,对环境污染严重。传统的重金属废水处理方法为化学沉淀法,运行条件差,费用高,劳动强度大及污泥量大且回用水系统运行不稳定。采用全膜法处理线路板企业排放的重金属废水则能克服这些问题,并能使回用水系统运行稳定,中水回用率提高。深圳某线路板厂的全膜法处理工程运行结果表明,联合工艺切实可行,重金属废水中水回用率达到60%以上,回用浓水经处理后能达到《广东省水污染物排放限制》(DB44/26-2001)第二时段的二级标准,真正实现节能减排。
The PCB industry has a large amount of water, and heavy metal wastewater discharges are also large, causing serious environmental pollution. The traditional heavy metal wastewater treatment method is chemical precipitation method with poor operating conditions, high cost, large labor intensity, large amount of sludge, and unstable operation of the water reuse system. The adoption of the full-membrane process tbr the treatment of heavy metal wastewater discharged by circuit board companies can overcome these problems and enable the operation of the reused water system to be stable and the reuse rate of the reclaimed water to increase. The results of a full-membrane treatment process at a circuit board factory in Shenzhen show that the combined process is feasible, and the reuse rate of heavy metal wastewater in wastewater can reach over 60 %, and the reuse of concentrated water can achieve the "Restriction of Water Pollutants in Guangdong Province" after treatment. (DB44/26-2001) The second-level standard for the second time period truly achieved energy conservation and emission reduction.
