摘要
正确分析测量不确定度对测量结果的影响,是化学实验室更准确表述测量结果、量值溯源、准确测量、产品合格判定的必备条件。通过对各环节的测量不确定度的分析、定量,最后合成各不确定度,得到一个量化的不确定度,以表达的方式应用于测量结果中,体现了对测量的科学态度及客观评价。
The correct analysis of the measurement uncertainty of measurement result, is more accurate representation of chemical laboratory measurement results, value necessary conditions, accurate measurement traceability, product qualification determination. Through the measurement of the links in the uncertainty analysis, quantitative degree, then synthesis the uncertainty, to obtain a quantitative uncertainty, expressed in one of three ways should be used to the measurement result, the measurement of scientific attitude and objective evaluation.
