摘要
本文系统概括了原子荧光法测定土壤中总汞的实验方法。并阐述了试剂,仪器条件,校准曲线,汞的累积等因素对此实验的影响,并提出了解决办法。有利于提高功效和改善测定精度,为原子荧光光谱法测量土壤中汞含量时提供一定的借鉴和参考。
The method of determination of total mercury in soil by atomic fuorescence was summarized in this paper. The influence of reagent, instrument condition, calibration curve, mercury accumulation and other factors were expounded, and the solution was put forward. It is helpful to improve the efficacy and improve the measurement accuracy, and provide some reference for the measurernent of mercury content in soil by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.
